My client is one of the world's leading OEM's within the T&D sector providing not only full EPC solutions to the energy market globally but also are a market leading manufacturer of some of the world's most sort after low voltage distribution products such as Switchgear and Transformers etc.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the successful candidate to be a Sales & Marketing Manager for the Low Voltage Products Division. The successful candidate will need to manage and support the sales team and coordinate sales and marketing activities when needed to ensure the most profitable sales.
The successful candidate will develop their sales & Marketing teams to create the most successful sales force within the power/transmission & distribution industry.
The main tasks of the sales & marketing manager include carrying out market analysis both regionally and globally, establishing sales targets for the team and individuals, implementing and defining strategy, ensuring your sales team are motivated and establishing customer plans and sales strategies together.
On top of this the Sales Manager will prepare in depth business plans which supports the sales team and provides clear direction of the business. You must be commercially aware and able to negotiate with channel partners and customers.
As a Sales & Marketing Manager for Low Voltage Products you will be required to have a bachelor degree in Electrical engineering or equivalent. Due to the seniority of the role the successful candidate will need over 6+ years' experience in technical sales management of Low Voltage Products. You will show a high level of initiative and be able to think analytically and work independently.
Most importantly you must have the ability to solve/support the customers' needs as quickly as possible in the most professional manner.
