Be the EXPERT on all areas related to structural steel products for the Power and Telecom sector. Be the expert on the competitive landscape.
Early Identification of trends and opportunities that can be exploited by Sparkwest. Identify trends and opportunities for new business lines related the core business of Sparkwest in West Africa.
Be the “go to” person for market knowledge for your customers and related parties doing business in Power and Telecom infrastructure. Leverage expertise to develop close trusted personal relationships with customers. BE THE FIRST CALL.
Speak English and French fluently
Materially contribute to market leadership corporate strategy West African coverage area.
Contribute to establishing market leading sales targets for West African coverage area and meeting those targets.

Represent Sparkwest in a manner consistent with the company’s corporate principles and guidelines.

Desired Skills and Experience

Man or Woman above 26 years old.
Experience of minimum 6 years in the telecom or power sector in Ivory Coast / WA.
Bachelor's degree in related field (business, marketing, engineering, etc.).
Recognized leadership skills in the WA region and market
Big-picture thinker with the ability to develop market-intelligence. Ability to create and justify a business strategy and tactical plan for growth and development of engineering services in the power and energy industry.
Strong understanding of the power/energy or Telecom sector market in terms of engineering, project opportunities, emerging markets and prioritization for their advancement.
Understanding of market needs and client service.
Ability to engage with senior technical and management professionals to obtain necessary information and commitment for a specific effort.
Excellent communication skills.
Speak English and French fluently.
Computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and data management.
Frequent travel required.
