Responsibilities & Tasks

Primary responsible delivery of MS KPIs for 3G RAN
Customer Interface at HQ level
RAN optimisation guidelines owner
Optimisation Tools owner
Support the regions with Network Performance escalations to maintain set KPI’s
Support the regions with SW feature activations, audits and compliance with the SoC and also with the identification/flagging of additional feature requirements
Handle Governance Escalations from OPCOs
Monthly Region level Governance with GSC
Ensure regular Audits are done to proactively detect potential KPI problems and ensure recommended settings are in place
Review RAN KPI performance of all networks and flag deviations
Owner of all KPI formula for RAN
Weekly Customer reviews of KPIs and Improvement plans
Flag capacity deviations and track progress action from Managed Capacity team and Airtel
Flag Passive issues impacting KPIs and track progress action from Passive team and Airtel
Drive KPI exclusions with MSCOOs and GSC
Perform Feasibility and impact Analysis on the products to be launched in the market by customer.
Track impact of new sites and recent expansions on the network
Identify and support New Sales Opportunities alongside CU-organization.
Support Contract Management for Reconciliation, KPI & other matters.
Support FNI and feature testing as required
Establish a constant line of communication with the Airtel HQ, Regional Teams and GSC
Primary responsible delivery of MS KPIs for 3G RAN and 2G RAN interworking
Customer Interface at HQ level
RAN optimisation guidelines owner
Optimisation Tools owner
Responsible to anchor any LTE related discussions and trials
GSC Governance Escalations from Regions
Monthly Region level Governance with GSC

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

Minimum 4 years + of 3G optimisation experience or related

Knowledge about Ericsson’s business processes and organization

Good knowledge overview about technology, product and solutions within the Ericsson portfolio including industry trends

• Design and implementation of Learning and Competence Development plans based on identified business strategies
